Our investor is a Private International Bank seeking projects to fund from $5 M to $500M.

We onnly accept AA rated or better negotiable instruments (i.e., Bank Guarantee, Insurance Company Guarantee or Standby Letter of Credit) as collateral to secure a loan.

Securitized loans carry a one-year to ten-year maturity. Interest payments are paid semiannually or annually (interest in arrears), or in advance from loan proceeds.

The interest rate is fixed or floating, and no prepayment penalty is imposed for early loan repayment. Our lenders do not require equity participation and place no restriction on the legal use of funds.

    Commitment letter typically issued within 48 hours from acceptance of Executive Summary, description of acceptable collateral and receipt of commitment fee.
