Step One:

• After interviewing the principal broker or one of the recruiting staff down loan the Mortgage Solicitor form DCCA website on the "Application and Material" page to the left hand side.
• Send your Mortgage Solicitor application with appropiate fee ($145 or $85) to the Benchmark Lending office for principal broker endorsement of the application.  The office will submit your application for process.  This will take about 4 to 6 weeks. 

Step Two:

• After the office recieved your application:
  • Your email account will be issued
  • Your business card will be ordered
  • Your New Career Acknowment post card will be printed/ordered for you to distrobute to your friends and family members.
  • Training material will be sent to your home or available to pick at the office.

Step Three:

• Schedule for introductory meeting/training with the principal broker and supporting staff.
• Your Loan Origination Soft "LOS" account will be issued for training and practicing.

Scope of Training:

• Your career transistion is a very difficult task.  We will make this task as painless as possible, becuase we designed this training program to meet your busy schedule.
• You will not just talk to just one of the staff, you will be talking to one of the owners of the company.
• The our training schedule is very flexible and one on one for most of the time.
